Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Requirement gathering, resolving ambiguity and map then to ADO work items by writing the stories and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on experience managing work in Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Dashboards).
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and practices.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to analyze data (velocity, throughput) and drive actionable improvements.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I or higher) is highly preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Manage and optimize workflows using Azure DevOps Boards, ensuring transparency and accuracy of backlogs and sprint boards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for sprints.

• Identify and remove impediments to progress, escalating where necessary.
• Drive adoption and improvement of Agile best practices and metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, cycle time) using ADO reporting and dashboards.
• Work closely with other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Agile Coaches to improve Agile maturity across the organization.
• Support team dependency identification and resolution across teams and departments.
• Maintain focus on delivery timelines while ensuring quality and team morale.
