Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator with expertise in managing Kubernetes and VMware platforms, CyberArk administration, and enterprise-scale Windows and Linux environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing infrastructure, rotating and auditing privileged accounts, maintaining security best practices, and supporting both Windows (80%) and Linux (20%) systems across a large-scale Active Directory environment with 100,000+ users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and VMware vSphere environments.
• Perform capacity planning, resource allocation, and health checks across virtualized infrastructure.
• Manage and rotate service accounts in CyberArk.
• Take full ownership of account rotations, including scheduling, execution, and reporting.
• Audit privileged account usage and implement compliance measures in collaboration with security and system teams.
• Manage 80% Windows and 20% Linux servers and workloads.
• Perform regular patching, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
• Work with system admins to optimize Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and system configurations.
• Support and maintain an enterprise-scale Active Directory environment (100k+ users).
• Upgrade Domain Controllers and perform AD health checks and replication monitoring.
• Implement and modify Group Policies (GPOs) to align with organizational security and operational policies.
• Participate in security audits and remediation processes.
• Implement role-based access controls (RBAC), hardening measures, and system logging/monitoring.
• Collaborate with InfoSec on security best practices and incident response efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in system administration, including Windows and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and VMware vSphere administration.
• Strong knowledge and working experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Proven experience in managing Active Directory environments with large user bases.
• Familiarity with Domain Controller upgrades, Group Policy management, and audit tools.
• Proficient in PowerShell and/or Bash scripting for automation and reporting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
