An employer is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support one of their Aerospace customers in the El Segundo area.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for aerospace engineering positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract highly qualified candidates in the aerospace sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical evaluations and behavioral interviews, to ensure a strong fit with company culture and job requirements.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on recruitment metrics and progress.
- Position is paying between 50-75/hr depending on years of experience and level of recruiting.
- This position works a 9/80 schedule and is 100% onsite.

Skills and Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- 3+ years of experience supporting Aerospace clients, specifically engineering positions
- Must have a strict process hygiene and attention to detail
- Must be comfortable managing and working on 10-15 reqs at a time
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferably) null
