Job Summary:
Qualtrics is a leading company in experience management, seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join their CX Journeys engineering team. The role involves designing and implementing scalable solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the quality and performance of their customer experience products.
Responsibilities:
• Designing and implementing well-crafted, scalable, and maintainable code
• Develop scalable, fast, robust, and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems
• Implement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance
• Attend daily stand-up meetings, collaborate with your peers, prioritize features, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to customers
• Work with design and product teams to understand needs, propose features, create early prototypes and transform them into exciting end consumer features
• Build efficient and reusable frontend components and data-intensive backend systems that drive complex web applications
• Contribute to the professional development of colleagues, improving their technical knowledge as well as the engineering best practices on your team
• With your team, own application quality end-to-end and support your services in high-use production environments
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures and coding background
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment and to learn new frameworks/stacks
• Experience with Cloud technologies
• Experience creating data analytics or data visualizations
• Experience with continuous delivery, git, test automation and build/deploy system
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2-5 years working in a full-stack engineering position
Preferred:
• Experience using Typescript and React is a plus
• Experience with machine learning or generative AI is a plus
