Tesla is looking for an exceptional Sourcer to recruit for our G&A teams. We hire the talent responsible for keeping Tesla running, from Finance to Human Resources, Legal, and Environmental Health & Safety. What You'll Do Identify and engage passive talent for roles across finance, legal, human resources, and environmental health & safetyLead the sourcing process, ensuring world-class candidate experienceShare your deep knowledge of Tesla's business and expertise regarding your specific client groupEngage as the subject matter expert and serve as an advisor to internal clients with regards to recruiting best practicesUtilize multiple sourcing techniques and develop innovative and effective strategies to ensure a qualified, well-rounded and diverse candidate pipelineIterate and improve sourcing processes to help us operate more efficiently at scalePartner closely with a recruiter to deliver an amazing candidate and client experience
What You'll Bring Hands-on experience in sourcing or recruiting passive talent (experience assessing G&A talent is preferred)Proficiency in traditional and unique sourcing techniques to include online social and professional networks, in addition to demonstrated ability to source beneath the surfaceExperience partnering with a senior recruiting and hiring team to strategize on identifying and closing top-tier candidates

Expected Compensation
$60,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
