Technology Operations Release Manager  

The Technology Operations Release Manager coordinates deployments of infrastructure, telephony, and network upgrades, ensuring controlled and secure release processes. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Plan and manage release schedules for infrastructure and network changes. 

• Coordinate deployments across system, network, and telecommunication teams. 

• Ensure rollback and contingency plans are in place. 

• Maintain release documentation and change records. 

• Monitor post-release performance and address issues. 

Required Skills & Experience  

• Experience managing releases in infrastructure and network environments. 

• Familiarity with Avaya, Cisco, VMware, Nutanix, and Cohesity platforms. 

• Understanding of change management and release governance. 

• Strong communication and coordination skills. 

• Experience with cloud and hybrid environments.
