Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Producer to join our team. The Video Producer at VMG Studios plays a crucial role in managing client projects, overseeing production workflows, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality video content. As the main point of contact with clients, the Video Producer is responsible for understanding client needs, developing creative concepts, and managing project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and objectives for each project.
  • Plan, organize, and execute video production projects from concept to delivery, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop detailed workback schedules, outlining key deliverables, milestones, and deadlines for each project.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and visual treatments for video projects.
  • Manage the workflow and resource allocation at the agency, coordinating with creative teams, designers, animators, and editors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and ensure that deliverables meet client expectations and VMG Studios' creative standards.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, addressing feedback, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, animators, editors, and production assistants, to facilitate seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video production and digital media.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in film, video production, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience (5 years) as a Video Producer or similar role in a creative agency or production environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in video production software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, a plus.
  • Knowledge of video production techniques, equipment, and best practices, a plus
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A creative mindset, with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
