Position Title: Warehouse/Distribution Manager

Location: Chandler, AZ

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse/Distribution Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced distribution center. This role focuses on maintaining optimal staffing, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving a high level of customer satisfaction while managing the movement and shipment of dietary supplement products.

Key Responsibilities:'

Lead and supervise distribution center operations, including:

• Packing
• Shipping
• Receiving
• Order fulfillment
• Inventory support
• Stock handling and storage
• Develop and manage daily/weekly schedules to meet current and future product demand
• Ensure proper staffing levels and training to support warehouse functions and throughput goals
• Monitor and manage the operation of shipping software and equipment to process high-volume orders efficiently
• Align labor planning and productivity expectations with fluctuating operational needs
• Promote a culture of accuracy, safety, and accountability among team members
• Oversee receiving and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate order processing
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Proven experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics leadership roles (dietary supplement or related industry experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of distribution center workflows and best practices
• Skilled in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping software
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $60-$70k plus full benefits
