Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: El Paso, Texas

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in the El Paso Area . The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contract requirements
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for clients and management
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Experience managing commercial, government, or infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management Software (Procore, Primavera, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with government contracts and military construction projects
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification
  • OSHA 30 Certification
