Position : Education Business/Data Consultant

Location: Remote (USA/Canada/Mexico) WORKING HOURS MST Time Zone

Education Industry Background required.
12+ years of exp required.
The profiles don't speak to their experience and background in CEDS, IDS, SIF. We need SME/experts with education industry experience/skills. GCP platform experience is preferred, not required.
o Common Education Data Standards (CEDS)
o Schools Interoperability Framework (SIF)
o CEDS Integrated Data Stores (IDS)
o CEDS Data Warehouse (DW)

These below industry and technical skills/experiences are relevant:

• Industry and education business expertise:
• Deep Industry Insight: An Education Business Consultant, acting as an advisor to the Enterprise Architect that brings specialized knowledge of the education sector's unique challenges, regulatory landscape, and evolving needs.
• Strategic Alignment & Value Articulation: Working in tandem with the Enterprise Architect, this consultant will help translate our project proposal into clear, actionable requirements and enhance the discussion with the customer. This collaboration will focus not only on technical merit, but on their ability to deliver tangible business value and strategic alignment within the education domain.
  
  

Technical expertise:

• Deep knowledge of educational data standards such as SIF and CEDS among others
• Field experience in implementing proprietary LMS integrations with educational data standards
• Experience with Educational metrics and business targets (ex: PISA);
• Experience with LMS integration and practices;
• Experience with CEDS IDs, CEDS DW modeling and integrations;
• Experience with SIF and CEDS integration
• Experience on legacy systems integrations
• Experience with SIF Infrastructure
• English (mandatory), Spanish preferred
• Google Cloud Services (preferred)
