Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (All FOH Roles May Include):

~Deliver exceptional, genuine hospitality to every guest
~Build menu and beverage knowledge to confidently guide guest experiences
~Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow
~Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
~Uphold Barley Creek service standards of speed, accuracy, and excellence
~Contribute positively to team culture and guest satisfaction

Specific Role Highlights

Servers/Bartenders:
~Provide personalized service, upsell menu features, craft cocktails, and build guest relationships
~Responsible for accurate order entry, cash handling, and guest satisfaction

Hosts:
~Create the first and last impression; manage flow of seating and guest communication

Bussers/Expos:
~Support service operations by clearing, resetting, running food, and maintaining dining room flow
~Ensure timely delivery and perfect presentation of dishes

What We’re Looking For
~Positive attitude and strong work ethic
~Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
~Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
~Passion for hospitality, food, and craft beverages
~Willingness to learn and grow with us
~Prior experience is a plus, but not required for the right individuals

Requirements
~Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol (where applicable)
~Ability to stand and move for extended periods
~Weekend and evening availability required
~Commitment to Barley Creek’s mission of excellence and community
