Hazardous Waster Operations Supervisor
Location: Andrews, TX 
Hours: Onsite (Tues- Fri ) 4-10 scheduled
Direct Hire opportunity 

Are you a hands-on leader with experience in waste management and low-level hazardous waste operations ? We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily activities, ensure safety compliance, and optimize operational efficiency. This role involves supervising a team, coordinating projects, and maintaining regulatory standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate operational activities related to low-level hazardous waste management .
• Conduct daily pre-job briefings and oversee project execution.
• Train team members on equipment usage, safety procedures, and operational best practices.
• Monitor and adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Evaluate team performance and provide coaching for skill advancement.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including time records and production reports.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
• Support emergency management efforts as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Experience: Associate’s degree in engineering, construction technology, hazardous waste management, environmental science, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
• Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead teams, enforce safety standards, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Technical & Problem-Solving Skills: Experience in waste processing, equipment operation, production scheduling, and process improvement.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in varying weather conditions, and wear necessary personal protective equipment.
