Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the gym, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. The ideal candidate will be committed to joining our team for the long term, using the role as supplemental income. The current need for this position is Mondays and Fridays, preferably early mornings. Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, bathrooms, gym equipment, and vacuuming in designated areas.
• Carry out custodial duties in a commercial setting, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks as needed, including basic repairs and upkeep of equipment.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote sustainability within the facility.

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred, showcasing familiarity with cleaning procedures and equipment.
• Experience in commercial cleaning environments is a plus; residential painting skills are also beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
