This is a unique opportunity for those who may not have automotive management experience, but who excel at leading teams, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly.
We are not hiring for one specific management role—instead, we’re seeking individuals with the potential to thrive in various areas of our dealership, from customer service and team supervision to process improvement and operations support.
Responsibilities
Assisting in day-to-day dealership operations across departments
Leading or supporting small teams to meet performance and customer service goals
Identifying and solving problems to improve efficiency and workflow
Maintaining a positive and professional dealership environment
Supporting department managers as needed with project coordination or staffing needs
Helping train and mentor new or junior employees
Communicating effectively with staff, customers, and leadership
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience (formal or informal) in any industry
Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible, team-first attitude
Prior automotive, retail, or operations experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education or additional certifications are a plus
