Join our team as a Tele-therapist and provide essential behavioral care services to patients accessing care from their homes or other private locations. You'll use a secure, HIPAA-compliant online system to deliver high-quality therapy and counseling.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide Vital Mental Health Services: Conduct intakes, therapy, and counseling sessions.
Understand and Analyze: Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Collaborate for Optimal Care: Act as a treatment team member to determine, coordinate, and implement appropriate care.
Maintain Detailed Records: Prepare and regularly maintain progress notes and discharge summaries.
Create a Safe Environment: Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all patients.
Facilitate Therapeutic Groups: Lead therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforce treatment plans.
Provide Observational Feedback: Contribute observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context.
Maintain Professional Standards: Maintain all required certifications and licenses.
What You'll Bring:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure.
Preference for clinicians licensed in California.
Professional licensure must enable independent practice (provisional licenses are ineligible).
1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted license.
Interest in being a pioneering clinician in a thriving behavioral healthcare modality.
Comfort and proficiency with technology.
Strong communication skills.
Established and updated CAQH profile (strongly preferred).
Position Logistics:
Flexible schedule determined by AtHome Operations, working to meet your needs and the organization's needs (operating 7 days/week, 7 am-11 pm).
100% remote position.
Required to have a private office space in your home or elsewhere for confidentiality.
Support may be provided to obtain additional state licensure.
