National Sales Manager – Ettore Organic Wine

Join a legacy of passion, craftsmanship, and organic excellence. Ettore Organic Wine, a boutique producer of exceptional organic wines, is seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager to grow and represent our brand across key markets with a strong focus on California.

We’re looking for a seasoned, highly connected sales leader who lives and breathes wine someone with deep knowledge of both domestic and imported selections, and the contacts to match. This is a rare opportunity to lead national growth for one of California’s most distinctive organic wine producers.

What You'll Do

* Represent the Ettore brand to key on- and off-premise accounts
* Drive sales growth through lead generation, buyer engagement, and account management
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and execute sales agreements
* Cultivate long-term relationships with buyers, sommeliers, and retail partners
* Partner with distributors to ensure alignment with brand strategy and sales goals
* Lead impactful tastings, staff trainings, and market visits
* Deliver engaging sales presentations and in-store/on-premise events
* Maintain detailed activity reports and provide regular updates to leadership
* Spend up to 85% of your time in the field developing key accounts

What We're Looking For

* Minimum 5 years of wine sales experience
* Strong existing relationships within the California market (both on- and off-premise)
* Proven track record of sales performance and client retention
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Based in California with ability to travel (some overnight)
* Valid CA driver’s license
* Bonus: Proficiency in Italian
