Love BBQ? Want to learn from a chef with 20+ years’ experience? We’re Noble Beast—a small team with big flavor, expanding into delivery and catering. We need a Prep Cook who’s organized, reliable, and ready to jump in!
What you’ll do:
- Chop, dice, and prep meats & veggies
- Portion out the good stuff for our famous brisket, pulled pork, and more
- Keep things clean and safe (we take this seriously!)
- Help pack up orders for delivery & catering
What we need:
- Some kitchen experience (BBQ is a bonus!)
- Food Handler’s Card (or willing to get one)
- Able to lift 40 lbs and hustle on your feet
- Good vibes and a team-first attitude
- Reliable ride to our Folsom kitchen
