Are you passionate about real estate and eager to gain hands-on experience in leasing? The Onsite Summer Internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of multifamily real estate. Over the course of 10 weeks, you'll work alongside industry professionals, learning the ins and outs of property management, customer service, and sales.
As a leasing intern, you'll participate in a variety of activities designed to enhance your skills and knowledge, including:
Work ing with the onsite team to p erform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins and lease signings.
Learn ing the move-in and move-out process and c oordinating with maintenance for any outstanding issues.
Co llaborating with onsite team and help ing to design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, and us ing property management software to track availability and manage data.
Ensures community and show units meet company standards, follows up with prospects and new residents, and supports the lease renewal program.
Respon ding promptly to resident s .

Q ualifications:
Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in property management, hospitality, or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
D etail -oriented and organized
Ab le to work independently and as part of a team
Required Licenses or Certifications: Must have all required licenses and certifications as per State and Local jurisdictions and a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

The hourly range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00.
Additional Compensation :
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
