We are seeking a dedicated Remote Email Chat Support / Live Chat Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through email and live chat channels. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via email and live chat.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, account issues, and technical support.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with email and live chat platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
