Job Description: SAP HANA Program Manager with AI Expertise
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Program Manager with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Analytics to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end SAP HANA programs, integrating AI-driven insights, and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SAP HANA program management, enterprise data platforms, and AI/ML applications within business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management
Lead planning, execution, and governance of SAP HANA programs across global business units.
Manage program scope, budget, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
Ensure alignment with enterprise digital transformation strategy.
SAP HANA Expertise
Oversee implementation, migration, and optimization of SAP HANA and S/4HANA landscapes.
Collaborate with SAP functional/technical teams to drive system performance and data integration.
Ensure best practices in security, compliance, and scalability.
AI & Advanced Analytics
Define and implement AI/ML use cases leveraging SAP HANA, SAP Data Intelligence, and related technologies.
Partner with Data Science teams to build predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.
Drive adoption of intelligent automation and AI-driven insights across business functions.
Stakeholder Management
Act as primary liaison between IT, business leaders, and external vendors.
Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
Communicate program updates, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership.
Change & Adoption
Lead organizational change management to ensure adoption of AI-enabled SAP HANA solutions.
Provide training, documentation, and enablement for end users.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
10+ years of IT program/project management experience , with at least 5 years managing SAP HANA programs .
Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and integration with SAP ecosystems.
Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Data Intelligence.
PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or SAP certifications preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and how they can be applied within SAP ecosystems.
Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for SAP HANA hosting and AI/ML integration.
Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) in SAP environments.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
