Job Description :
As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent service to our guests. You’ll be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. If you love a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to making every guest feel welcome, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Take food and drink orders, making menu recommendations when appropriate.
• Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, accuracy, and presentation.
• Ensure all orders are correct before serving to guests.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of your section and keep the dining area organized.
• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Upsell menu items and beverages when appropriate.
• Ensure guests have a positive experience from start to finish.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up or cleaning down the dining area.

Requirements :

• Previous experience as a server is REQUIRED
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
