Job Description

Benchmark Masonry, Inc. is seeking a snow plow driving for the upcoming snow season.

• Duties include mostly plowing with some shoveling.
• Snow removal typically starts at 3:00 a.m. depending on when snow event begins and snow accumulation.
• If snow removal is complete before 5 hours you will be paid for a minimum of 5 hours of work.
• This position is NOT on-call.
• This position is part-time with some varying hours depending on snowfall.

We communicate with the crews regarding weather so you can be prepared. All staffing and planning is done prior to each snow event and each driver is typically given start times the day before. 

All equipment needed is provided by the employer.

Requirements:

• MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.
• MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
• FRONT END LOADER OPERATOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
• SNOW PLOWING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
• MUST be reliable, and on time. 
• MUST have a working telephone number so you can be contacted in advance regarding start dates and times.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: $23/hour.
• Benefits: Part- time positions are not eligible for benefits. However, this position can lead to a full-time position during construction season.
