Job Description
**MANTECH seeks** a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Systems Administrator** to join our team onsite in **San Diego, California.** This is an **onsite** position.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Provide Tier 3 technical remote and onsite support and guidance to NCTE Range end-users, addressing IT-related issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
+ Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to system configurations and network connectivity for Range POR systems
+ Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and best practices, with a focus on maintaining a secure IT environment
+ Strong understanding of Group Policy Management and Active Directory in Windows environments
+ Writing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT systems and processes.
+ Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively
+ Up to 25% travel can be expected
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma and 5+ years of relevant IT systems experience
+ Experience in system administration, with proficiency in both Linux and Windows environments
+ Must have CompTIA Security+ CE
+ Must have a VMware, Windows, or Linux Operating System (OS) certification
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Must be able to obtain a top Secret clearance
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
+ The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
