Job Description

**MANTECH seeks** a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Systems Administrator** to join our team onsite in **San Diego, California.** This is an **onsite** position. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Provide Tier 3 technical remote and onsite support and guidance to NCTE Range end-users, addressing IT-related issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner + Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to system configurations and network connectivity for Range POR systems + Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and best practices, with a focus on maintaining a secure IT environment + Strong understanding of Group Policy Management and Active Directory in Windows environments + Writing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT systems and processes. + Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively + Up to 25% travel can be expected **Minimum Qualifications:** + High School Diploma and 5+ years of relevant IT systems experience + Experience in system administration, with proficiency in both Linux and Windows environments + Must have CompTIA Security+ CE + Must have a VMware, Windows, or Linux Operating System (OS) certification **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field **Clearance Requirements:** + Must be able to obtain a top Secret clearance **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer + The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
