Retail Site Merchandiser

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to work for a leading global e-commerce client. This role is working onsite in Seattle, WA. In this role, you’ll help build the planograms & merchandising updates for store resets and renovations

The successful candidate will know how to create compelling content, be comfortable with web-publishing tools, and be able to multitask in a start-up environment that requires flexibility, agility, and a sense of humor. An understanding and love for social media is a plus.

Pay: $36.75 – 44.50 per hour on W2

Duration: 3 months - contract with possible extensions

Schedule: M – F, regular business hours

Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA

Responsibilities

Planogram Work- Primary Responsibility

• Empty Lanes
• Exception Requests
• Monthly Capacity accuracy updates
• Resets ○ Urban - SEA, CHI, NYC ○ Suburban - LAX, SEA - GOC1 reno Floor Plan Updates
• Minor DB Key updates/swaps Admin Work
• Error resolution

Internal Facing Admin Tasks:

• SOP writing and documentation
• Fixture and accessory modeling
• Playbooks
• Photos

Required Qualifications:

You Will Need To Have:

• 2-4 years of retail merchandising experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred; however extensive experience in the field is greatly appreciated
• Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and to move quickly
• JDA Software experience is required

Must be authorized to work in the United States
