Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and proper maintenance of equipment and facilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Order Execution

• Manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, including inventory checks, arrange and monitor picking, kitting, packaging, and outbound shipments.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

2. Receiving Goods

• Oversee the receipt of goods from the production department.
• Conduct inspections and acceptance of externally purchased materials by entering the warehouse.
• Ensure all goods received are properly documented and stored.

3. WMS Data Maintenance

• Maintain and update warehouse data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS/ERP).
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory records through timely system updates.

4. Inventory Counting & Adjustment

• Organize and perform inventory cycle counts, especially for areas with data discrepancies.
• Analyze variances and make necessary adjustments to inventory data to ensure accuracy.

5. Procurement Coordination

• Analyze warehouse inventory data to plan and coordinate procurement orders to the oversea factory.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained to meet production and sales demands.

6. Facility & Equipment Maintenance

• Manage the maintenance and repair of basic warehouse facilities, including forklifts, handling tools, and other equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is in safe and functional condition to support daily operations.

作为仓库主管，您将负责监督仓库的日常运营，确保订单高效执行、库存管理准确以及设备与设施的正常维护。主要职责包括：

1. 订单执行

• 管理订单执行的全流程，包括库存检查、安排并跟进拣货、齐套、包装以及出库发货。
• 确保货物按时、准确地发出。

2. 收货管理

• 负责接收来自生产部门的货物。
• 对外购入库的物料进行验收检查并办理入库。
• 确保所有收货物料均有完整的入库记录并妥善存放。

3. WMS数据维护

• 维护并更新仓库管理系统（WMS/ERP）中的库存数据。
• 通过及时更新系统，确保库存记录的准确性。

4. 盘点与库存调整

• 组织并执行周期性库存盘点，重点核查数据异常区域。
• 分析库存差异并根据实际情况调整库存数据，确保帐物一致。

5. 采购协调

• 根据仓库库存数据，分析需求并安排与海外工厂的采购订单。
• 确保库存水平能够满足生产与销售的需求。

6. 设施与设备维护

• 负责仓库基础设施的维护与修理，包括叉车、搬运工具等设备。
• 确保所有设备处于安全、良好的工作状态，以支持日常运营。
